Gretchen Clelland – Chair

I am currently the Chairman of Twin Falls County Central Committee, an office I have held since May of 2008. I am employed as a financial advisor and work for Edward Jones. I live south of Filer with my husband Scott and my son Travis. My son Taylor lives in Twin Falls. Both of my children are currently attending the College of Southern Idaho. I am a graduate of Boise State University “GO Broncos”!!

Tom Billington – Vice Chair

Tom has been a resident of this county for 59+ years. Married for 35+ years with three children and two grandchildren, Tom is a graduate of Twin Falls High School, College of Southern Idaho and University of Idaho with a degree in the animal industry.

Tom has paid taxes for 40+ years. He hates taxes.

Tom loves the outdoors. Hunting and fishing are some of his favorite activities and he is pro gun rights.

Jennifer Gose – State Committeewoman

I grew up in Idaho Falls, and graduated from Idaho State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. I went to Gonzaga University Law School, and graduated in 1998. I moved to Twin Falls to work as a law clerk, and have worked for the Prosecutor’s Office for approximately ten years. I am currently the Chief Civil Deputy Prosecutor in Twin Falls County.

I am the Precinct Committeeperson for TFC 9, Twin Falls County State Committeewoman, and Legislative District 24 Secretary. I am also the Political Treasurer for Kristina Glascock, Twin Falls County Clerk.

I have two young boys that I am very proud of, and most of my time outside of work is spent with their active lives.

Stephen Hartgen – State Committeeman

Represents District 23, Twin Falls and Owyhee Counties in the Idaho Legislature. Hartgen, elected in 2008, serves on the Education, Commerce and Environment Committees. He is a former economic development director for Business Plus, and prior to that, was publisher of The Times-News. He and his wife, Linda, have five children.
