Idaho GOP Hall of Fame Award Winners Recognized


Boise, Idaho – The Idaho Republican Party recognized the 2010 Idaho GOP Hall of Fame Award winners on Saturday afternoon at the winter State Central Committee meeting in Boise. Mike Mathews and Tana Cory, State Party Vice Chairs, co-chaired the Hall of Fame Awards selection committee.

“I would like to personally congratulate and thank the 2010 Hall of Fame Award winners for going above and beyond their required efforts in performing their Party duties,” said Mike Mathews. “The Idaho Republican Party is leading the way because of the hard work of our dedicated volunteers,” stated Tana Cory.

The 2010 Hall of Fame Award Winners Include:

Outstanding Precinct Committee person – Donna Montgomery (Kootenai County)

Outstanding Republican Worker – Angela Cross (Kootenai County)

Outstanding Region Chair – Marsha Bjornn (Region 7)

Outstanding County Chair – Rich Jackson (Gem County)

Oustanding Legislative District Chairman – Melinda Smyser (Canyon County); Outstanding Republican Legislators – Rep. Mike Moyle and Sen. Patti Ann Lodge

Outstanding Republican Administrator – Attorney General Lawrence Wasden

Most Valuable Person – Marilyn Hempleman (Twin Falls County)

The Hall of Fame Awards are displayed at Idaho GOP headquarters at 802 W. Bannock, LP 103 in downtown Boise.
